How it Works
Our wines are released just once per year, with Wine Club shipments taking place in the fall. Joining the Wine Club is the best way to ensure you’ll be able to access each new vintage. Choose from an annual shipment of 3, 6 or 12 bottles, and you will enjoy special members-only pricing and other benefits, including:
- 20% discount on all wine purchases.
- An initial shipment of our currently released vintage.
- An annual shipment of each new fall release.
- Invitations to our harvest and pick-up party where we taste through each of our vintages.
- Invitations and tickets to other special events and tastings at the vineyard.
- First access to seasonal gift packs, reserve and large format bottles, and library wine releases.

Please Note
Your credit card will be automatically billed annually for your wine club preference and associated tax. Shipping charges are additional if they apply.
Members are invited to pick up their wines at our events or by appointment. We will deliver or ship wines not picked up within 30 days of the official release date, using the credit card on file to cover shipping and handling fees.
We make every effort to ship during mild-weather months so as to avoid wine spoilage. We will hold shipments during extreme temperature fluctuations, until it is safe for our wines to be transported. By law it is necessary to have a person 21 years of age or older sign for signature when the shipment arrives. If a shipment is returned to Chaix for any reason other than the fault of the common carrier, return charges and shipping charges will be applied to the re-shipment.
You may cancel your membership after a minimum of 2 shipments; cancellations after only one shipment are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. Cancellation requests must be made at least 15 days prior to the scheduled billing date by emailing [email protected]. Membership is not cancelled unless you receive confirmation. Thank you.
